Help the tips are curling up I don't think it's nut burn I just did distilled water and they started like crazy

The problem with distilled water is it is acidic, not when first distilled, but as it sets it takes on CO2, and it cannot be PH tested without adding something such as Epsom salt to it. There is nothing in it for a PH test to read.
