Am I growing a Bonsai plant??

In early January I planted two seeds. They germinated well and started to grow but (presumably because of the lack of light) they have never grown above about 9 inches. They now appear to be developing quite well - but as dwarves !! Should I just chuck them out and start again or will they actually grow?Click image for larger version Name:	plant.jpg Views:	0 Size:	748.2 KB ID:	592270

There's some relevant info here https://www.growweedeasy.com/how-to-...in-tiny-spaces

Yours might be a hermie, have a close look at her, can't be sure from that pic, might not be.

No sorry. I know nothing about strains developed anywhere over the last 25 odd years or so...I only use my own seeds pretty much....and have only grown something different if I really really liked it...I'm old school and so are my buds

Don't think its a hermie' Bluey. I've looked up close and can't see any bags or bananas. I'm very new to this so I could easily be wrong. I need to get a magnifying glass. Click image for larger version

Well it looks like revegg that's what it looks like on a photo when they revegg or not enough long daylight outdoors it was just a reference to what they look like long wispy buds. It still needs much much stronger lighting
