    I'm running 2 sf-7000's, the current model.
Drivers and lights run hot. Drivers are mounted outside of the room, power lead on driver and feed to the light lead are over 8' long..maybe 2550mm...light heat sink temps at 100% is around 160⁰F or 60⁰C hottest out to the edges as the light density there is 4 times that of the middle.
    My room as below.
I got them during the post Xmas sale which was really cheap.
    I supplement them as below.
Pic of current grow post 66 days of veg and around day 13 of flower. Lights at 100% and about 32"
    Marginally underwatered I think

Guest I'm running my grow room fully Climate controlled with AC.
Temps at canopy height are pretty much room temps as I'm running 2 pedestal fans and installing a 3rd wall fan to gently blow down onto the canopy during later flower for better humidity control in the canopy.
Average temps and humidity I am currently running 14 days into flower are
Day 80⁰F or 26.6⁰C and RH of 53/54% (RH low of 49% and high of 57%)
Night 72/73⁰F or 22.6⁰C and RH of 52% (RH low of 48% and high of 55%)
Temps are stable at about +/-1.3⁰C but ambient plays a role in temp swings a little
2 of the plants are sativa hybrids
3rd plant not sure as it's a mutant and 4th is mostly indica strain but hybrid also.
I only have a seed pool of 4 different varieties I have collected over the years and they all got mixed up into 1 jar 3 months ago. I have no idea what any of them are but I kept them because of their great effects and plant resilience, easy to grow.
The temps I quoted for the lights and driver were taken using my hand....could be wrong on those but not too wrong as I'm also a coffee snob and know what milk feels like at 63 to 67⁰C...likely not over 60⁰C

I think you have chosen the right size lights for your grow tent size.
As to "will it work", no idea as temps and humidity will determine that. The ambient temp and humidity in your 'colder room' will determine if your 5" fan size will work or not. It would probably work for most. Mounting the drivers outside of both of those rooms will help keep temps down and help with service life of the drivers.
They are both very good lights.
I'd buy the light that is most efficient..ignore the manufacturers recommended hanging heights and PPF. find a review of that exact light and work out heights from there and tune.

    I have a 4x4x7 tent and I have a SF4000. Sure beats the old HPS1000w.
