I’m about to embark on a couple of firsts and would appreciate some feedback and advice. First semi-outdoor grow, and first autoflower.
1. Will be using a greenhouse with plastic sheeting (photo attached). It will get plenty of sun but the plastic is more translucent than clear. Will that provide adequate light or will it perhaps block some vital light frequencies?
2. I can either put a few 5 gal fabric pots on top of the soil that’s already in there or plant in the soil. I’ve used fabric pots with coco coir for a few indoor grows and it’s always worked well, never planted in the soil so would need to amend, alter the watering schedule from coir, etc. Any advantage to planting in the soil vice using pots?
3. Have always topped and scrogged with my photoperiod indoor grows, but was probably just going to use some LST bending with the autos. Would topping still work OK with autos?
4. Finally, I’m looking for high THC indica-ish knockout weed, and was considering going with the GG4 auto from ILGM…anything that might give me a knockout punch but maybe with better yield, easier growing…?
Appreciate any help.
