Well, it's been a while since an update, so here we go...
As some of you know...This grow went south on me in a hot hurry! I could not see a real good way to correct it, so I decided to ride it out and attempt to limp em across the finish line. NOT GONNA HAPPEN. 😔
I'm still fairly certain the soil mixture is not good, but that's behind me. I've checked a small amount of run-off a couple times and it wasn't super high at 13-1400 and a consecutive pH of 6.5. I've seen worse with synthetics and yet never had this happen. Coincidentally enough, this is also the first time I've ever used Fox Farm Ocean Forest. One third of my living at the bottom, then a third FFOF, then topped off with my go-to Miracle Grow Organics. They leaves have always been super happy(praying), aside from the recent yellowing. Maybe I got overzealous with the new light fixture? Yet, not foxtails. Question: Can a plant have severe nutrient burn, yet still not be getting enough nutrients? Hell, maybe I staved them, idk lol. ðŸĪ”
Anyways, I'm gonna have to be harvesting early otherwise the flowers will suffer. Worst case scenario, it becomes extracts. The overall health and the trichomes are being closely monitored for the first(or last, lol) opportunity. Starting a harvest every few days. Hey, what do ya do? Just keeping my head high and plugging on to the next one. Shame on me. ðŸĪŠ
    Here's some pics!
    # 5 Harvested at day 67
Almost all cloudy trikes, some amber.

    # 7 harvest at day 70.
Mostly cloudy, quite a bit of amber, very little clear.
Once the sugar leaves start to die...that's it!

    I wouldn't go that far!
Gonna have a hard time getting another 3-4weeks with any leaves left, lol. ðŸĪŠ

Besides, I don't think one grow is better than another. Just different methods with different results. 😉

And I've come to the conclusion that my soil is extremely hot still, lol.

That reminds me. I need to get my maters started too. Better boys and big boys do well here. Mother started some plants with a store bought tomato last year and gave me several. Absolutely will not grow outdoors. They were tasteless and weak.

Blowdout2269 90days from seed. I wasn't seeing any better bulking just them getting tired, leaves getting crispy ugly. I'm disappointed with the grow and blame myself. I jarred up and got only 1 quart each plant. So maybe 2oz off each plant? I don't have a scale LOL. But i knew these would be tough under my minimalistic tent enviornment. Photos do better for me do to their genetics seem to do so much better in cooler temps for me. I like growing autos but late spring or early fall do better indoors for me. I wish you good luck and much better results than me LOL hopefully i can get by just abit longer while my 2 other autos are growing. I need to boost my pantry so i can quit growing indoors an just focus on outdoor gardening.

Thanks Bluey. More pics coming soon.

SoOrbudgal, I actually do cover them. Just wanted to show what I was doing. Last year i buried a slice of a huge sandwich tomato from the farmers market the same way, about a half inch under soil. It sprouted so many seeds! I let them go until I could choose the strongest, then culled the rest. I actually even cloned it when it grew up. Just to say that I could, lol. 👍

At what day has your Scarlet Grapes been harvested?

The RH in my region is a constant battle. Anywhere from 30-60% depending on which room, how many leaves get left on, and what time of year, lol.

I'm digging your harvesting technique. What the humidity where it is drying?

But then I got antsy about my vegetable garden and decided to put some tomatoes under some fresh soil.
These are called Flavor Bomb cherry tomatoes, bought from Sam's Club, lol.

I hope to have plenty to share with the neighbors

So many veggie seeds to plant, and so little time!
Oh wait, there's still 2-3 feet of snow out in my garden, hehe.
I actually tried to shovel out my little hoop house near the house the other day. I gave up. That's waist high on my right. Up to my shoulders on my left, the uphill side. Lol
