It is and the Governor is saying she's going to shut them down. But local law enforcement agencies have been ignoring her hallucinations for years. From what I can tell process at the one legal store in the state is that the price is same as medical dispensaries. As expected. People are already saying the the NY pot industry is busted. -
I just seen a statistic regarding the total number of dispensary, around 1200 but only 1 was legal.. perhaps it is old data -
No. Your data it totally up to date. There is one legal recreational dispensary in the entire state... though probably more than just 1200 sellers just doing it... I think a second dispensary is scheduled for next week. At least the clock is ticking now for legal recreational grow but there's no reason to think the State will follow that rollout on time either.
