Nutrient Amendments for "Super Soil"

Hi Everyone,

JKP here again with (2) questions.

1.) "Earth Dust Boost" vs. Fox Farm "Organic Big Bloom [NPK = 0.0 - 0.5 - 0.7]. I've started 12/12 flip 3 days ago, Can I, should I amend watering with an "Eatrh Dust Boost" tea or added liquid Big Bloom?

2.) I live in Southern California, my grow tent is in the garage and nights are cooler than days, I want to switch my 12/12 to be "ON" at night (to offset the drop in temperature) .... How do I do this?
- Run the light for 24 hrs and just do it or gradually rotate the timer?

Any advice will be helpful, thanks in advance.

Just move your timer so that you have a shorter day if possible but do not shorten the night, 24 hrs darkness once at beginning of flower is said to kick start flower in some circles.

Someone else should help you with the nutrients.

I agree with Mr.furley says about how to change the current on/off on the timer. Best to give 24hr dark instead of light while changing the timer. I feed differently than what your doing. Really comes down to preference, I don't usually give a bloom fertilizer until i see budlets form hairs cause my soil is built to last at least 2+months without anything but water an some liquid fish/quano if needed. Yes i've used Big Bud when they start blooming an stretching along with occasional molassis mixed in tablespoon or so per gallon of fert an water.
