If it is the same as regular (which I think it is)
temp numbers first
humidity second
seedling. 70-80. 60-70. ish
veg. 70-80. 45-55 ish
flower. 65-75. 35-45 ish
That will get you close, try not to go over 85 F and 60 F at night. Humidity can go up and down. Veg is better higher humidity and flower is better lower humidity because of mold.
good luck with you grow!

You mentioned what that is still one of my questions.
Because of mold? Or metabolic reactions like odor?Do you have more details on why our plants need cooler temperature at following. Can you give me more Evidence that mold the main reason please?

I think I am getting what you are asking. So I think you seen the temp drop in flower and I said low humidity in flower is better right? Here is how it has been explained to me. That the lower temps reflect cooler temps of fall (harvest) and the plants seem to handle it better then. And the low humidity is good because less moisture getting into your buds, deep inside of them is where you will have problems. That's where Mold or Bud Rot comes from. Low humidity keeps that from happening. Plus I've heard (I've not personally tested this) That if you can keep your humidity under 30% RH more resin glans will form.
Sorry to the typo's in my post
Hope this helps!
