KISS Week 10-11 (Week 7-8 Flower)

    Just a quick update.....

At this point, classic Cheese is weeks ahead of Red Dwarf so they are being fed differently for the stage which they are at...
Both have been getting molasses with their waterings. For the last few weeks, I've given a half dose of Beastie Bloomz every two weeks. I have stopped feeding BB to my Cheese since I am now having to guess when the amber will appear. So CC is being flushed with water and molasses only in anticipation of ambers arrival.
I am wanting a slight amber to round out the head.

Red Dwarf is still receiving a bi-weekly top dress of Gaia Green Power Bloom and by the looks of things, I believe there is enough time to give one more feeding, just not sure about the Beastie Bloomz. Today may have been the last for BB. She looks to be a good two weeks behind her big sister.
    Photos will be attached.

Aside from questioning myself over this most important and critical point, a week or so ago I noticed yellowing leaves; which corresponded to the application of the Beastie Bloomz (0-50-30). I started thinking ....bud rot, root rot, heat, lamp height, and every other symptom I read about...there is one positive possibility that I held out hope for; having never grown these strains there can be quite a bit of concern not knowing where you are in the cycle.

When we get close to harvest and all is right with the world (fat chance of that!) the plant is not receiving any nitrogen and is sucking whatever it can from the bottom leaves.
This is EXACTLY what should happen if you've done everything correctly. Me? I give all credit to my grow store guy who set me out on this path.
I ran to him yesterday, photos in hand.
He was overwhelmed by what he saw...thankfully.
The Cheese is actually having top leaves turning reddish-brown and Red is just starting to go the same way.

    OK, enough.
You can check out my setup in the 1st post for KISS #javabob.
The little $20 USB microscope is just okay without a third hand and sharpness eludes me so I've been creating pics from the beauty in front of me. Enjoy the photos.

And yes, before being accused of doctoring the photos...YES, they are. In order to pop the detail, I want/need to see I played with all basic controls available to me, including sharpness.
    Time to twist one up....

That's how i like to go with my plants at the end, let them cannibilize themselves. It's with trial an error how i learned this but i've continued to use less ferts in the last month of grow except for maybe some carbs. Excellent work
