Spots on leaves which turn to holes.

I have 2 healthy looking plants that in the past 2 weeks have had yellow spots appearing on leaves which are increasing throughout the plant. The spots turn to tiny holes and then get larger. I have looked for bugs but dont see any. They are in late preflower stage. Any suggestions?

Have you gave them a foliar spray during daylight hours or has it rained with the sun out?

No spray or rain with sun.

You may not see them, but they are there, I would spray them with ISO mixed with water, 1 part ISO to 8 parts water (I go 50/50), spray the underside first then the top side, soak them good and the surrounding area. This kills on contact, the alcohol evaporates fast leaving only water behind which also evaporates. I would not use neem oil or spinosad at this point.
