Damaged seedling-some help please!

Hello there.I just had a problem with a fully developed allready seedling (25 cm.10 inches) that i ve transplanted!So i ve damaged the topmost 2 leaves,the most fine ones in the center,where all others bit by bit are coming!So is there anything i can do to save it now?Shell i cut the allready very damaged leaves ?Is it too early for this kind of topping?Thank you very much in advance!

There is something else strange happened to other seedling.The top leaves stopped to come up (it s just 20 sm.)and the leafs are with very strange shape like normal not separated long leaf.I think it s a type of disorder?
