Need more info from you. Other than that hit the link at the top of this page called "Plant Problems" and look it up.
Almost all of these type issues are PH related.

          Ph from 6.5 to 6.7
          Temps 25 c lights on

          20c lights off

          well ventilated area

Hid 600w 45 cm from canopy
Feeding with 1/4 of recommended dose
          With every watering

1/4 strength nutes are on the low side, especially if you have a good light. Maybe that one plant needs a little more nutes than the others. Should also check runoff pH. Just because it is good going in doesn’t mean it is good at the root zone.

Just like us, every plant is an individual.
On this 1 plant, what is the PH in and out?

Note that this plant is the smallest one on the tent than the other plants. Ph in 6.5 and the run off sits around 5.2

Your soil sucked the PH from 6.5 to 5.2, which means the soil PH is even lower as in acidic. Raise the input to 7.0 and when the runoff is 6.5 to 6.8 you are in range.

The pH meter you have and how well you take care of it are important to. The cheap pens and even cheaper stick in the dirt probes are more trouble than they are worth IMHO. Get a good meter and learn how to calibrate and take care of it. Some higher priced ones have replaceable bulbs but the cost is near the same if you just buy new every three years or so with cheaper models.

                    Apera makes good stuff.

The last two years I've had a big learning curve on calcium. My early warning is yellow tips on new growth assuming all else is well..
