HELP! First time grower, started indoors, seedlings turning yellow

Hey all, first time grower here. I started seeds indoors with a quality starter soil in a domed seed starting kit (same as I do for tomatoes) about 3 weeks ago and got germination on all of my seeds within 4-5 days. About 10 days later they hadnt made much progress and the roots were extending out the bottom of the drain hole so I moved them (carefully) to 3'' square sheet/dura pots with quality potting mix. I have a KingLed grow light over the seeds at I believe the appropriate height (about 24'' above the plants).

I live in New England and had planned to transplant outdoors in late May but my seedlings have since basically stopped growing and the lower leaves have turned yellow (see pictures). I've done a ton of reading on this issue but I also have some other symptoms (some burned edges, some curling up, some down) exhibiting which is making it tough for me to figure out what I can/should be doing. I've measured the Ph and its a solid 6.5 so I think I'm OK there. I am very confident however that I was overwatering the seedlings the entire time and they've become oxygen deprived. So about 2 days ago I stopped watering, aerated the edges of the soil with a chop stick to try to dry it out and got a gentle fan going. Now I'm just waiting to see what happens...

Am I too late? Is there anything else I can do to get them going again? Too early for enzymes or other soil amendments? Maybe they're getting too much light, not enough? Thank you for any guidance!

Is your soil hot? i.e., too much nutrient? Are they starving, i.e., not enough nutrient? Are you over watering and drowning them?

What guidance do you ask that cannot of been found in the GWE tutorials about learning how to start seedlings? Do most growers do how you have begun? MJ is not a tomato plant, your light is not what most start out using to sprout seedling. But it's all you got i guess you have not looked nor researched much. Educate yourself if you honestly want to grow some seriously great homegrown MJ. Having other growers constantly being asked why an how over such basic growing needs when all you as a grower needs to do is study an practice. Trying beginning with less plants, read read and practice things don't happen without knowledge of knowing what your doing.

I think alltatup has you going in the right direction..if your seedlings were doing well in the starter soil(roots coming out of the bottom) and you transplanted into a Quality potting mix(what is this quality potting mix?) Does it have slow release fertilizer? If yes, its too hot for seedlings. And are the starter pots sitting in a tray? Very good chance they are sitting in stagnant water and drowning.

More details on the soil is needed.
IF that "quality potting mix" is MG, and its not the organic, its not so quality.

I transfered them all (more stress I know) to Fox Farm Ocean Forest. We'll see how they do, I'll likely end up starting all over again
