This is my 2nd grow. Although I still am using the same major components (same LED, same tent, same filter, same nutrients, etc), I've changed a few things as well (things that hurt me last time).
First and foremost, I used perlite. Last run, I used soil with nothing in it, at least for drainage. My plant suffered from lack of oxygen and after harvesting, I looked at the roots and it was beginning to show signs of root rot.
Secondly, I cut watering down immensely. The first time, I watered once a day, even in small amounts, but this time I put the jug down and hit them every 3-4 days. Great success!
Third, I initiated flowering much early for the stretch. Last time, I had light burn and lack of room because I started 12/12 fourteen inches from the light (terrible idea guys).
Lastly, I used 1/8 of the nutrients I used last time, using only once every 2 weeks. Last time my plant was overwhelmed with nutrient burn.
I've learned a lot through experience and am happy to say GWE has taught me alot over these past 2 journeys.
Excuse the blurple, I don't want to pull the pots and re tie the yarn I have set. Thanks everyone, still much to learn.
