How much dark time do you feel is optimum before chopping or do you think it matters? I have read elsewhere that up to 72 hrs can improve the amount of resin and would like to hear your opinions. Thanks in advance! Click image for larger version

Each strain reacts differently. A few grows ago I had Strawberry Cough x Cotton Candy Kush it produced a lot of frosting, but not so much with the Thai x CCK. I.M.O mileage varies with respect to the strains but hey it does not cost any extra time or $...win win

I like cotton candy kush. I had a good producing autoflower that I made hermie for seeds. Eventually going to cross that with a nana glue photoperiod. Or vise versa rather. Gonna take a photoperiod pollen for the kush. Then probably reverse it to bring plant size back down.

I stripped the carcass of the plant I let sit in the dark today. Left the cut up stems in the garbage. And it's stinking up the whole house.

I was able to just shut the lights off in the tent for a few days before I pulled or cut anything... Sometimes this approach is not going to work if all the plants are at different flowering stages.
