    Is Seedsman for real?

I recently excoriated Seedsman for their lack of communication, contact information and follow up. Thirty days after placing my order it finally arrived. It also included two free seeds that were not part of the order. My issue with Seedsman was communication not the speed of delivery. During the peak of covid I waited over 60 days for a delivery but in this case the vendor kept me fully informed and I had no issues. While I appreciate the free seeds, I would have preferred solid customer service and communication. At least they are not a ripoff company.

Communication you want? That is way to much work to expect from someone who makes a deal with you and takes your money.
Don't worry, be happy, grow sticky buds.

OldManGrower ...you had me at excoriated...I like words and that one is descriptive and direct without any additional verbiage needed. I don't have a lot of experience with different seed companies. I have used Dutch Passions, Royal Queen Seeds, ILGM, and another one I don't recall. I haven't used Seedsman because of the criticisms I've seen on this forum. I am also planning to make a purchase from Ace Seeds based on another forum user's posts about them. I have had nothing but positive experience including responsive CS with ILGM. They are a little pricey but I'm willing to spend a couple of $$ for good CS. They stood by their claim of free replacement seeds. My first purchase from them was one of their buy 10 seeds get 10 free. I thought they shipped me the wrong seeds based on how the plants were looking. They sent me 20 replacement seeds no questions asked. I know what you mean about the free seeds. That's a cool perk but not the main event so to speak. In the next couple of weeks I'll be dropping a few ILGM Train Wreck beans I've had for a couple of years. I don't expect any issues. Oh, Pre-Covid, Royal Queen sent me a single free Fruit Punch auto seed with the only order I have made from them. Kept it in storage, with instruction I found on GWE and this forum, and it grew as expected and it is now curing.

I too have had good interactions with ILGM. My main issue with them is I usually purchase my seeds in three packs which they seldom have. I have had very good experiences with Herbies Seed Bank. However they as well as many other seedbanks have changed their payment options making it difficult for me to continue with them at this time.

I just looked at their site. I believe I will try them a year from now when I next need seeds.
