    Help! Is this calcium deficiency?

Hi, this is my first post.
Ive grown weed quite successfully in the past, keeping it simple, big pots, B and Q compost, no perlite, no clay pebbles, feeding when deficiencies manifest towards the end of the grow and putting them under one or two 600w HID in a 8x4 tent.
This time round I’ve changed things up quite a bit.
I’ve be bought an autopot system, I’ve bought 2 Zeus 600w pro, of which I am running one at the moment.
I’m growing in a room instead of a tent which is 7x10 foot, painted Matt white with white foam on the floor to absorb sound, reflect light and keep the water in the auto pots from getting cold, it is super bright in there with one Zeus on at 50%.
I have good air flow from outside ducted in 4” soil pipe.
I’m again using B and Q compost but mixed with a good bit of perlite with clay balls for drainage.
    my temps are about 22C.
    humidity is between 55-60.
it’s probably my most sophisticated set up to date.
Things was going ok, I was watering by hand till the roots hit the bottom of the pot, my super lemon haze seeds grew to about 18”, nice big broad leave, nice colour, then I turned on the auto pots for the first time.
They grew well for a few days, leaves praying, then they started to claw, thought they was over watered, maybe the lights was to close as I had them on at 100% at about 30cm away, then the leaves went dark green with lighter patches in between each vein.
I have 4 plants in normal pots so I watered them with just tap water and measured the run off, the PH was 6.6 but the ppm was 2400.
I thought maybe the soil was hot so I flushed all of them under the tap in the bath, maybe 30/40 litres, let them drain off in the bath, then measured the run off and it was around 500ppm.
Over the next few days I had them out of the auto pots and on drip trays, water was still draining so I measured it again and it jumped up to 1000ppm again so I flushed them all again and the run off is now a steady 550/600 ppm.
I stripped all the burnt and dark leaves off and trimmed the plants right back.
growth has been super slow, plants sensitive to light, leaves feel thin, light green with light patches between each vein.
my tap water has an EC of zero and is showing no PPM, I now suspect they have a calcium deficiency so I bought some magne-cal and have been folia feeding them 3ml in 1 litre a few times a day since yesterday’s they seem to have perked up and started growing again, they haven’t really grew for a few weeks.
the picture attached is how they look now, can you tell if it is a calcium deficiency?
Also I’ve since looked on the net at how much par the plants need at this stage and it’s around 400 par so that would mean the lights being 5ft away and on at 75% to give an even 400 par over 4ft square.
First time using LEDS so it been trial and error.
I thought this was my best set up ever but it’s fine nothing but disappoint and do my nut in!
so can anyone tell me if the picture looks like a calcium deficiency please.
sorry for being a long post wanker but I thought I’d give you all the info straight off the bat.
    cheers.

Next photo was 2 weeks ago a few days after turning on the water to to auto pots, you can see the leaves going dark and starting to claw, the light is low at around 30cm on 100%.
I have now moved the light to about 3ft and on at 50%.
The plants was very bushy and had drank very little water to get to that size before I turned the water on the auto pots.

The PH is 6.5 in the water tank that feeds the auto pots and the run off is the same which I believe to be within the correct parameters?

I have also had one of the plants out of it pot to check the roots for root rot and the look healthy.
like I say I have been foliar feeding magne-cal for the last 24 hours and they seem to have perked up.

Doing my nut in mate, usually have green fingers but it all not going to plan since I’ve changed to LEDs and auto pots.
I will get it worked out just need advice on if it a calcium deficiency as I never had one before. 👍

            Look at these links
Cannabis leaf edges and tips turning yellow? Copper deficiency can cause dark, shiny leaves with purple or blue undertones. Learn how to spot and treat it!

Does your cannabis plant have yellowing lower leaves between the veins? See pictures of a magnesium deficiency and learn the easy solution.

Brown spots appearing on your lower leaves? See what cannabis leaves look like as a result of pH fluctuations and learn the solution!

Leaves with a potassium deficiency have yellow, brown, or burnt edges and tips. It may look like nutrient burn, but the leaf margins also turn yellow.

Biggest issue, to many changes at one time.
From here the 3rd link hits it, the pics could be better.

could be light burn, the light is looks really close for a 600 watt. tell me more about the autopots. you don't ever water from the top? seems like the soil would dry out?

Initially I'd say that the light was way too close. a 600W system should be about 20-24 inches from the canopy at 100% IMHO. If the PH is fine then look at the nutrients...dark green leaves means too much nitrogen.. You may also want to start some training.

Ironically if the old set up was working fine, why change it?
I hope there is an afterlife...there are a lot of friends and family I'd like to see again, one day.

I changed to auto pots to make the grow more automated so I could go away for the weekend if they want to.
I changed to LEDS for the power saving and the reduction in heat meaning I can grow all year round.

Wow. I was writing a whole page worth of info and decided to erase it all twice. I’m done.
