So, ive got a few plants that are 4-5 weeks old that I’m about to move into 5 gal pots.. usually I can tell if they are male or female at this point, and can save some resources by tossing the males in their 1 gal pots. However, I have 2 plants giving me some issues.. they are pineapple haze.. one grew way faster than the other so figured it would be male.. the first pic below is the pic from 1 week ago.. to me it looks female.. calling it “Plant A” then, there is a pick of Plant B from a week ago… which looks more male… fast forward one week, and now the pre-flowers look like they have flipped on me… Plant A now looks very “spade-like” and “ball w stem” and thus male while plant B is looking more Fem. I have topped the plants during this 1 week between the photos, so the original pre-flowers from the first photo are not able to be examined in second phone since they were from the top I chopped off.. I’m quadlining and mainlining. Any tips as to what you think is what? I’m trying to toss 1 tomorrow and put the other in a 5 gal, and don’t want to toss the wrong one (I’ll prob keep it another week or two to be safe, but I don’t want to plant one in 5 gal of soil if Im gonna end up tossing it.. thanks for helping!
