I read somewhere that this is normal?....hard to believe.

I've got 3 plants, all doing different things...they are all at day 46 of flower.
The one in the left front and right rear are growing in coco, same feeding schedule.
The one in the right front is growing in soil,

As you can see, the right rear plant has all of the big fan leaves wilting and dying off, it seems like it's mainly the upper fan leaves on each cola
And the right front plant leaves are turning purple, then yellow, before dying off. Again, it appears mainly on the upper fan leaves on each cola.
The left front plant is doing just fine, no discoloration, dying leaves - nothing!

Is it normal for these to do this(?), or do I have two entirely different problems,
I think I read something about the plants depleting the nutrients in the leaves as the flowering stage progresses.

I haven't changed anything concerning food/feeding/light schedules etc. since starting the flowering stage.
But this came on in just about a week or so ago

My temps run mid 70's, Humidity in the mid 40%

Wow they look great GrumpyOldMan you should be proud. That is perfectly normal for them. They are using up the available nutrients and finishing. Called the autumn fade. The purple one is especially nice. Second pic looks like Nute burn. Do not try to correct it at this stage. They should be getting plain water at this stage.

How far to the end? Don't ya move an inch, you're almost there. Really, looking good. Those old fan leaves are showing their age, nothing to be concerned about. I would consider trimming the leaves that are brown & dying. Very nice job. Keep paying attention to them to see when they tell you it is time for harvest.
Don't worry, be happy, grow sticky buds.

          Well Thanks Ya'll,

I was a little concerned, but I THOUGHT I had read something about this.
Going2fast, I guess they're so far into flowering that I should have cut back on the food, huh?
I know that they don't need as much in the final weeks of flowering, just didn't realize it was so soon.
And as far as the lights, I keep them about 18" give or take, 12/12 schedule

Ckbrew, These are supposed to be ready between 50 and 70 days, and I'm at day 46, so hopefully they'll be ready soon.
I have a nice magnifier that lets me see the trichomes nicely, so I'll be keeping an eye on those, the buds are COVERED with clear ones so far.

Thanks again everyone, you put my mind at ease

GrumpyOldMan I have to agree with everyone they look great. At first I thought you were just messing around, bragging really about your plants.

Hi Cali, Nope, no bragging here... first time grower...newby, still got questions...

like how quickly do the trichomes change from clear to milky, is this something that takes days?
I'm currently checking the tricomes a couple of time a day, and a few look like they're getting milky already.

Does this short flowering time affect bud quality? they were switched to flower December 27, which puts them at 47 days.
but as I said earlier, Seedsman said the flowering stage for these plants was from 50 to 70 days, so...

Sooo many questions...I spend HOURS on the website...wife says I have too many ladies in my life!

              Anyway,
              Thanks,
