I come again to you guys for advice! My first hermie!

So I'm estimating that I am approximately 6 weeks into flower. Now my girls are really starting to smell great. I got three alien wedding cake seeds from some dispensary sack seeds I found. And one random seed that was given to me by a friend. Set under an aosbeic 4000 led grow light. Has been an awesome light. 4x4x6 tent. 6in inline fan with carbon filter. Happy frog 5gal vivosun fabric pots.

However.... back when I was doing my LST I had split the stalk at the node that I topped it at. And inevitably I believe that that has been a starting cause and she is starting to herm out. Now my question to you guys is, what do I do.? Is it going to be worth pulling that plant and going through the trouble of trimming it up and drying and curing? Will it even give any sort of high? Or on the other hand should I just pluck the nanners that I see and try and finish her out? I'm guessing I still got a good month or so to go. Give or take. I do NOT want my other plants to start herming.

Let it grow out. You can definitely smoke it or use it for whatever unless you are worried about super quality or looks.. I gave up trying to pick off the male parts. Lots of them will be inside the buds where you can't see them. I ended up eating the seeds because they did not grow well. They herm as the result of stress or bad genetics so try and figure that out.

So if I were to go that route what preventative measures could I be taking in order to save the rest of my crop from being pollinated by that herm?

I suppose you could cover the buds with plastic bags or isolate the plant in its own environment. When that happened to me I only had one plant. You have a bigger problem. Maybe cutting it down is the best thing. It's still useable though.

IF you can pick them off and let it finish, you may still get a few seed, and on the others as well, but it will be usable. This is why most dont like to grow bag seed from the despo, yes you get a feminized plant, but it also was from a hermie. (Ok they could have got a real male, but not likely) The issue is the hermie genetic passes on and gets stronger with each new batch of seed. Yes I am saying the genetics are what caused the hermie (in this case) and it will pass on, I would not use the seed from the hermie, the others maybe.

Start spraying some water mist on them. Pollen doesn't remain viable once wet .
