SWICK- this is not a test.

I have constructed a SWICK for my plants while I'm away. I'm leaving in a few hours and will be back on Friday Feb 24.

The plants are drinking too much to be left alone for more than 8 days, so I will have someone (unskilled) dump 1-1.5liters of water in 5 days through the tubes.
They will be in weeks 4&5 while gone, as not much goes on during that time, as far as, growth. It's mostly bud formation then.

Sounds like you have it covered. That is one of the drawbacks of indoor growing-maintenance. My max time away is also about 5 days before things really need some attention. Good luck trying to forget about them during your trip.

U know I tried something like that last time I went on vacation,in soil I watered them the night befor next morn i filled pellegrino glass bottles turned upside down and placed into soil deep about 3 inches or till it would stand on its own,didn't drain out untill needed on top of that thay really grew larger I think thay like being ignored.lol 8 days I forgot to say

These were in the SWICK for a total of 14 days and did very well considering the temperatures were a lot higher, than I anticipated- while I was away-
