Here is another problem plant that I have some questions on ...please review photos

Adding some more pictures o f this strange super tall plant including the top part and the spotty leaves again
I am still looking for advice on how to ensure the plant stays healthy and perhaps to produce some useful harvest possibility from it...so far it does not seem to be male...

This plant is not healthy
The top is burned from heat/light, or maybe rot

The leaf curl may be over water or could be bugs
My thought is to keep the pot and get rid of the media in it, and maybe the plant.
