I'm starting week 12 in the bloom stage. Has anyone else had to wait much longer than that for harvest? (I have enough stash and I'm not in a hurry but I bought new seeds and want to try them.)

Don't worry about the new seeds. Just seal them in an airtight container with a moisture pack (5ml) and stick them in the fridge (not freezer). Stored properly, they can last a couple of years.
as far as the current grow...each strain is different. Once the leaves start turning yellow all over the plant it's usually a good indicator they are on their final stretch and will be ready in about a week or twoI hope there is an afterlife...there are a lot of friends and family I'd like to see again, one day.

One of my NL autos went 16+ weeks before I get amber trichomes just as Rwise said. I hope this helps with the “extra” weeks. It is well worth the chill time!New indoors grower.

2’x3’ grow space lined with auto windshield reflectors.

QOreo , That patience needs to extend to the 3-4 weeks minimum after harvest that it takes to dry and cure it. I’m 69year old next month and we never “cured” weed back in the 60-70s. Since I’ve tried to follow the advice re. curing, WOW what a difference. Smooth and not harsh at all. Try a bud after a few days of drying, then one after a month or so of glass jar curing. I’m sure you will be sitting with a Cheshire grin somewhat like your avatar. Enjoy!New indoors grower.
