Farmbuck With all due respect to your lifetime of growing sir I wonder if there aren't a lot of white pistils there yet? I know that trichomes rule but really? My understanding here is pistils are the second best indicator by curling/browning. A genetic thing maybe for pistils to be white (calyxes still receptive to pollen?) when trics are a third amber? I hope we hear from 'The Mind' here too! An interesting subject I think!

Go with the gut my friend! It's the only decision you really have any control over in their entire lives. Have you tried a early bud yet?

Yeah I did sir. Chopped a branch from a GG4, it had a lot of amber. Dry for more than 5 days. A bit coarse on the throat tho loll. How can I describe the aroma ? Well it smell like diesel with sour grapefruit tones. The effect is a mild head high with a good body stone. I did not feel my arthritis much. My only complain it did not last long, could it be because is not ready? Maybe. I say under 2hrs. At least it's better than tylenol loll

Howdy Farmbuck, I know that this is some what off topic (at least the current one), but could You post some updated photos of the 'ugly sisters' just to see how (if) they have progressed? TIA.

Thanks Farmbuck for the update. She may be a 'wall flower', but She's still pretty to me1
