Spider mites couple of weeks before harvest, what to do?

So I'm about to flush with the intention of harvesting in a week or two. Had started flushing previously but I was a bit premature as trichomes hadn't gone cloudy, so did another 4-5 days of feeding, they are starting to look much better now. However when checking earlier I also noticed I have the bastard spider mites. Doesn't appear to be a massive infestation yet, checked plant over (its a fairly large plant as its a flowering mother) and found maybe half dozen spiders (which I killed). No major webs around bud sites at all.

Do I need to worry too much at this stage? Is spraying with neem oil a bad idea? What about other spray treatments?

    Thank you

I use Food grade diatomaceous earth and sprinkle it over the surface of the topsoil. Then I make sure the plants are always moving, using fans. Both seem to work quite well in discouraging and eventually killing them off
I hope there is an afterlife...there are a lot of friends and family I'd like to see again, one day.

I use ISO and water, can be 1 part ISO to 8 parts water, but I want it to evaporate faster so I go 50/50. This kills only the adults so it needs to be done every 3 days for at least 3 treatments. Spry the ground, the under side of the plants then the top, and soak 'em. Then give them a shake to get it back off.
      ISO - Rubbing alcohol.
      Good luck with the borg!

I have Spider mites at harvest time also. Early on when I first noticed them I laid the plants out flat on the ground and hit them with the garden hose. Then I used Dr Bronner's unscented baby soap. Didn't get rid of them. Then I tried AzMax. I still have mites and webs. I smash as best I can and remove all web I see. I added a handful of Lady bugs from the back deck. I'm getting close and hope the little bastards don't taste too bad. LOL
