      Take a look at this
Problem: A cannabis zinc deficiency causes younger leaves to start yellowing in between the veins. Leaf tips get discolored and may start dying.

with the twisting of the leaves the first thing I would do is a bug check. Now whats the PH?

Ph is good ,using rain water, the new growth leaves seem thick and rough and the growth has really slowed to a crawl ,I spayed with insecticidal soap twice .thinking about trying trifecta crop control

IF you are in soil raise the PH to 6.2-6.3, in flower raise it to ~6.8.
Trifecta is pricey stuff and really intended for things like bud rot and WPM.
