I have 2 indoor plants same strain (OG Kush) same nutrients,same growing conditions but look totally different. Any ideas??

Different strains, as in you didn't get what you were told it was. No worries, just grow it out.
On closer inspection of the #2 pix, perhaps it is in re-veg? Hard to tell in the pix, single lobed smooth edge leaves?Don't worry, be happy, grow sticky buds. -
Unless they are cloned they will show different phenotypes. Same reason your children look different.keeping it green with the soil thing

I use a t-5 & 54watt CFL for seedlings
Sometimes i use plastic sometimes i use fabric grow containers
Currently using fish/guano during veg growth & FF Grow Big 6-4-4 teens to bloom. Once i see pre-flower i switch to
Age Old Organics Bloom 5-10-5

Hybrids are good at showing different phenos, one of mine showed 3 different looking plants, one was sativa dominant, the others showed more indica. One got eaten by bugs (the sativa), one finished way early and one near on time.Comment
