ID:	533702 All four photos are of the same bud, this one bud has more brown on it than any of the other buds on this plant. I haven't seen any pest on this plant, I do spray with Captain Jacks dead bug spray every 7 days.
What do you think? If it is bud rot, what should I do?
Thanks. Click image for larger version

Not sure about bud rot, but its definitely a dying bud. Grab that nasty looking top and bend it so you can see where the dead stops. Maybe a caterpillar or worm damage. Either way, cut that part off before it causes more damage. And i wouldnt be spraying that captain jack on buds. Good luck

Yes get the dead off! Inspect it closely,
Spinosad is not safe on buds, no mater what brand.
IF I must spray in flower I use ISO and water 50/50.

          What is ISO? Isopropyl alcohol?

Yes, that is it, the alcohol kills on contact then evaporates fast leaving only water.

Looks like you should rename your spray to Captain Jack's dead bud spray.

I cut the top of the bud off about 2 inches off, sure enough I found a caterpillar. I also removed 6 eggs the plant. Now what do I do? Plant is healthy, no sign of other damage on other buds.

Apparently Captain Jack's kinda sucks. Killed plants instead of caterpillars.

yep, found more eggs this morning. I'm assuming these are moth eggs.
