    Lime and Soil Acidifier question.

Does anyone have any experience using both Lime for calcium and a soil acidifier for PH. I seem to have two running difficulties, high soil runoff PH and needing to add Cal Mag. I have used 5 Gallon Buck nutrients 2 part which are no longer on the market (I have switched to General Hydroponics for my next grow). Even if I water at 6.0 PH and use Cal Mag, my runoff is usually around 7.2-7.4. I would like to add some lime for extra calcium to my next grow but I am concerned that this will keep the PH too high. I could add some soil acidifier to lower the PH. It doesn't seem to make much sense to use both and I am leaning towards only using the acidifier and keep using the Cal Mag. I would appreciate any input you may have.

    Coco Pearlite mix
    GH Trio, Silica, Cal-Mag

I use pelleted sulfur as my buffer for PH down, and pelleted dolomite lime for the PH up buffer. But I also add wood ash (up), bananas (down), egg shell (up). I also use a living soil.
Gypsum can be used to add calcium and not affect PH, as I have read.
