Here in the northeast US very hot and humid for months now, and at night goes to 100% and soaks everything with water. The WPM is so bad that it is on the tree leaves. Oak, Beech, and a Rose of Sharon well into bloom that suddenly today looks like it is infected with bud rot on half the plant. And it is 9 weeks to November.

This is my first year actually growing some plants outside and it’s going to be my last. One and done! I can (and already have) get two inside grows in during the time it takes for one outside. Besides it’s too much work; daily watering, fighting WPM and insects is what people did before the invention of grow lights, exhaust systems, grow tents ect ect…I’m sticking with evolution, fuck growing outside!!!
After cooling off from moving plants around and watering for the second time today I’ll revisit this post….
If I didn’t have two inside grows going plus what’s outside then it wouldn’t be as bad😂 still a lot of tlc is needed. I’m in the south east so the humidity and thunderstorms aren’t grow friendly. Lost 1.5 plants to bud rot last week. Have to agree with PLreef, not for meLast edited by bboyfromwayback; 08-26-2021, 04:50 PM.

Lol bboyfromwayback I feel you. Don't get me wrong you can grow some monsters outside but it's not for me. At least not now. My first outside grow was plagued with issues. WPM being one of the worst. Hemp boring worms were a nuisance too. In New England we basically have super high humidity from June through September/October.5x5 Gorilla tent

I lost all the outdoor plants this year to bud rot. This is the second year of this and last year was dry. I'm done with outside and staying with the indoor grow.Don't worry, be happy, grow sticky buds.
