Bloom lights in the vegetative phase

Hello there Do you mind if I turn on the blooming lights for the flower in the vegetative phase? I have to do this at this stage.

indoor/outdoor grower
1 36"x36"x66" tent- Viparspectra P2500
I use a t-5 & 54watt CFL for seedlings
Sometimes i use plastic sometimes i use fabric grow containers
