    White spots

This doesn't seem to be mold. Also this is week 4 for fem autoflower it seems super stunted. Bubbleponics with clay medium and 4cfl lights.

Any idea why it's so small?

Can you post a picture of the whole plant in the setup under the grow light? It does seem very stunted. What are you using for nutrients, and have you been checking the pH?

The water here is very hard. The Ph comes out around 8 then I ph it down after adding GH nutrient trio. I know the lower leaves are Ph damaged. It's about 3-4in tall. Seems to be about 2 weeks behind schedule.

I think it may need more light. In general you want the CFLs to be just a few inches away as long as it's not too hot. You'll also want to get more CFLs soon as those bulbs look pretty low wattage. You want at least 150W in total for a plant (true watts, not "equivalent" watts) for the best results after it starts making buds.

When you test the pH in the reservoir is it staying in the 5.5-6.5 range? You may need to adjust the pH in the reservoir if it starts drifting over time. Also, are you using a root supplement like Hydroguard? I ask because the seedling looks a bit droopy, which is often a side effect from root rot in hydro. Hydroguard is really effective at fighting root rot and I highly recommend it because healthy roots make a plant grow a LOT faster! Lastly, do you have a lot of bubbles in the reservoir, and what is your temperature in the grow space?

You're successfully growing a plant in hydro, and you should be proud!

Temp stays in the mid 70's,I'll get some bigger air stones. Where can you find the 150 watt cfl had a lot of trouble finding any. I have 3, 100 watt in the 6500k range and 1 in the soft white. I will go buy some Hydroguuard. Any other advice is greatly appreciated.

I check the Ph a couple times a day and do ph the reservoir already.

Sounds like you're on track! One last thing; are you keeping the water level below the bottom of the net pot? There needs to be a small air gap to help prevent the seedling's stem from staying too wet for too long. Just a thought
