    Weird cupping

So this is a forbidden dream growing outdoors in soil amended with compost and decomposed seaweed. She is about 6 weeks old. Topped her 2 weeks ago and she was filling out nicely. This just started a few days ago. It's not a watering issue and don't think it's a pH issue. Cucumber beetles have chewed on her fan leaves a bit but only slightly. I have a few more but this is the only one with issues. What say the GWE brain trust.

Man that's pretty extreme. My guess could be root worms, extreme heat & wind, needs water.

What about the temps? Could be a strain/pheno sensitive to heat

Has been in the 90s for the past few days. And breezy and she is exposed. First time with this strain. Kept her hydrated. Hope it isn't a root issue.

Don’t think so myself. Either plain ole tacoing due to heat or the feared Old Testament plague... russet mites

looks like heat damage. How quickly is the soil drying out? If the plants are in direct sunlight at 90F for more than 5-6 hours a day they could very well be heat stressed. This strain likes it warm and dry so if the humidity is also a problem with those temps that could easily be the problem.
I hope there is an afterlife...there are a lot of friends and family I'd like to see again, one day.

Very true. Low humidity, heat and air could evaporate moisture from the leaves too fast resulting in a reduction of surface

I think a shade screen would be helpful here, do make sure she has moisture below her.

Yes indeed. I think direct sun is gonna kill her.

Well gave her and the others a misting of triazicide today. We had booku rain and temps in the 70s past few days. No change in her. Very well may be too high of temps. Stays humid around here this time of year Gonna give it a few days and if no change I will dig her up and relocate her. Right now she gets full sun from dawn to dusk. Took my loupe to her. No sign of mites.

Can't you just make a shade cover for her?

Me Myself and I do not think Diazinon is safe to use on our girls (no mater what brand), careful! Even Spinosad (and neem) is considered unsafe at least in flower.
