    Leaf discolouring

Hey guys and girls, a couple of the leaves on my plants have developed brown tips. I was thinking it could be nute burn but have only used nutes once? Could it be the ph of my water? I currently don't have a way of testing my water but they were fine until a couple days ago and as they are 25 days old I thought it would have showed up sooner. Any help is much appreciated.

Definitely looks like a ph issue. You're also not doing yourself any favors with such a small container. You need to transplant into something bigger and get a way to calibrate your ph.

Thirdly, your media looks dense. Make sure to use a fluffy medium with plenty of aeration like adding perlite to coco or potting soil.

    Good luck.

Royal Nugs has it right on, again. Go to your hydroponic store, or a place that sells stuff for swimming pools, and get some Litmus Paper. It's cheap and you will be able to test your water. And definitely do the third thing, perlite, vermiculite, something for the soil.

I agree, PH fluctuations. This is normal, you will have a serious problem if it effects your new growth. After awhile you may get used to removing largely affected leaves.

Remember to keep ph at 6.5 at all waterings!!!!!! For soil grows .02$

So I tested my water and it was 7.2 so I have changed it to 6.5. Have re potted and added perlite. Now I'm wondering if I need to get rid of some of the leaves?

Yay! Looking better GreenRatty. Yes I would get rid of some of those leaves that are at the bottom.
