Hey guys new grower here. Noticed a little browning last night and thought it was weird, but woke up today and it was a lot worse. Browning starts from center of leaves on new growth. No discoloration on tips. Currently at end of week 3 of veg. Is this some type of deficiency? Currently watering every two days with RO water PHd to 6.2-6.3. I add about 3ml of cal mag to each gallon of water. I put this same water in my humidifier for my tent as well. I really wasn’t too sure if the water inside of the humidifier would affect my plant since it seems like the mist would hit it to some degree. I have a 2x2 tent. The temperature ranges from 70-78 during the day as I have an ac venting into the tent. It causes it to fluctuate as well as the RH. That ranges from 40-60.

It looks like just some genetic purple color coming through. What strain is that. You may end up with some purple in the leaves!
If you can hold that RH at 50% and temp 75°f that will give you a pretty good environment.2X4X6 Quictent

I’ve been trying to regulate the RH and temp, but it’s been such a hassle with not having so much room in the tent. Temp stays at about 76 outside of the tent during the day, but with light on inside tent, I can’t keep temps under 92 without the ac unit venting in. Now that I’ve got the ac, I’ve managed to drop it down as low as 71 and high as 78. But the ac won’t keep it at a specific temp with it being outside the tent so I’ve found the temp to set the ac at that allows the range to be 71-78. It sucks cause if I drop it a degree on the ac, it’ll drop as low as 68 in the tent. I think I’m kind of stuck where I’m at with the temp, but I did buy a humidifier to bring the humidity up when it drops below 45%. Think I might dehumidifier to help counter the jumps it gets while it’s in there.

You'll figure it out. I'm on my second grow and one thing I would suggest is keep notes every day. Weather outside, tent condition etc. and take a picture at least every 3 days and more if a problem comes up.
I can tell you that I look back at my pics a lot and look at my notes too. Just a spiral type school notebook is great!
It would make it easier to help also if you would let us know what type of equipment you are using like light watts, nutrients, grow medium etc.
Also do you have an exhaust fan? It will really help you stabilize that environment and get rid of that light heat.
Welcome, good people here with about a thousand years experience and willing to share. If you haven't read the tutorial articles on GWE they are full of info and answers. It will also help you ask better questions.
Happy farming!🙂

I actually just picked up a journal this past week cause I was thinking I should just keep it logged for future grows too.
Sorry as far as equipment goes, I have;
KIND XL450 (270w) led light
4” inline fan and carbon filter
5 gallon smart pot filled with 60% fox farm happy frog soil & 40% perlite
(2x) 6” fans (one just pointed up to push hot air up and another aimed at plant that oscillates)
Currently no added nutrients, just calmag to RO water and PH’d to about 6.2. Eventually will be using fox farm trio though. I was planning on introducing once I put her to flowering phase.
I’ll definitely spend some time checking out the tutorial articles. Appreciate all your help!
