How much dessicant do you use when storing seeds in a fridge or freezer?

Hey all! How much desiccant do you use when storing seeds in a fridge or freezer? I plant on storing some seeds for long term, over 5 years. I've done a lot of research and my freezer is the only viable reliable choice given my resources and climate.

I understand a desiccant pack is needed (or something that functions like it.) Problem is, how do I determine how much dessicant to use? 2gram pack? 10 gram pack? After all, the seeds should not be too dry or too moist.

I've been storing my seeds with my insulin in the fridge for years - just in the package they were shipped in.

        They're the 5 gram size, I should've wrote above.

Mine are in the fridge, in a sealed bag. They pop every time. No need for gimmicks
