Any opinions on what's happening to this rather sad-looking, slightly 'moth-eaten' fan leaf. It's the only one affected - rest of plant looks reasonably healthy.

Possibly over watering but since it is only one leaf, most likely it falls into stuff happens.Current Grow: 1 GG4, 2 Hot Cakes, 1 Sweet Gelato Autos

No, it's not hurting anything. The plant will suck minerals out of it as it dries.Current Grow: 1 GG4, 2 Hot Cakes, 1 Sweet Gelato Autos
