    Sickly looking fan leaf

Any opinions on what's happening to this rather sad-looking, slightly 'moth-eaten' fan leaf. It's the only one affected - rest of plant looks reasonably healthy.

Maybe over water? Soil doesn't look like it has much drainage.

Possibly over watering but since it is only one leaf, most likely it falls into stuff happens.

No, it's not hurting anything. The plant will suck minerals out of it as it dries.
