Rain Science Grow Bags - Drainage?

I just transplanted to some rain science 5 gallon grow bags I bought, and I haven't been able to find online whether the bags will have sufficient drainage by design or whether I should make some drainage holes. I got some runoff after watering.
    What do you think?

If I need to make holes, any advice on how to do it such that the holes don't turn into runs in the fabric?

    Thanks!

Man you should not have to put hole in there. Just give that big plant at least a gallon when you water her. That soil needs to get all moist she's a beauty
