Is a 450w LED (VISPAR Spectra) too strong for a 2x4x5 tent?

I just got a new LED light (450w LED) for my 2x4x5 tent. It produces more heat than I can vent so I have to leave the tent open about 6” from the top. Other than the heat problem, is this light too strong for my tent?

Hmm...I have a viparspecta PAR450 in a 2x4x5 plus a sf1000 in same tent. The vipar 450 is actually only 100 watts from outlet. I don’t have any heat issues with 2x LEDs in this tent.

Might be a little underpowered tbh most I believe would use 600-1000W equivalent in that amount of space

My older 450 reflectors drew 200watts from the wall or so it stated when i purchased them. I run 2 right now in and outdoor porch tent 3x3x6 both full bloom veg lights on. I can't get above 75f right now and all close except for a floor flap open and top vent open. Indoors maybe i reached 83f with both going. Both fans working on yours? I never had a over heating issue indoors in the house with them.
