Do you check the ph of your water before you feed? She looks like she got too much nutrition in my opinion. Maybe the soil is too hot.

Looks like it needs water. Need to keep medium wet so the dry amendments break down.

Just don't let it dry out all the way. Kills microbes when you let it dry out.

I think the issue is also hot soil + fertilizer seedlings don't need anything but water but they do also look dry how's your heat?

You must be prepared to check your water and nute pH from the START and your mix is probably too hot although your new growth looks pretty good. Maybe lights were to close when they sprouted? The cotyledons and first leaves look roasted.

I hope you did not add any nutrients to your larger pot?? Seedlings in Mother Earth coir demand pH in the 5.5 to 5.8 range and. Always check you pH after adding any nutes to solution . Worst case you will need to pH water carefully so they don't dry out or sit in wet medium. Weigh your pots before and after water to determine the correct amount and pH check (always) for watering going forward. Have I said pH enough times in this post? I'm a true believer.
