    Flowering stage help

This is a CFL setup, currently with 9 55-watt 2700k CFL bulbs. It's my first grow and I've hit quite a few bumps. When I recently switched to the flowering stage I had an issue with heat, and this resulted in some heat and light stress. My setup is relatively short so I have been limited with that. I've attached some photos of my two plants. One of them has lost a lot more leaves than the other (however both have lost many leaves), I was wondering if there's anything I can do at this stage to help or if it's just a case of following through until harvest?

I have fixed the heat and light issue now, but the damage to the plant is still quite bad.

Any help or tips would be appreciated!!

Looks like you fried the shit out of them. What is your grow medium? Looks like mulch.

That ain't bark mulch it's dead leaf material looks like it was stripped of old flower and revegged in pic #8 and 495watts too close to plants even CFL can overload in a small space as you've found out. I'd just water to runoff those leaves won't recover that are all toasted. Don't remove anything unless it's falling off. I'm sorry you got these gals fried, not sure how they'll look and recover.
