    What is the question exactly?
Just because people are over 50 doesn’t mean they know everything.
You can teach a old dog new tricks - But it will still think the old ways are the “best” lol

You need to slowly lower them, over a few days, until your plants say stop.

the light height seems about right IMHO. I have a 900W ViparSpectra and it's at 27 inches so 24 inches for a 600w would be around the same. I would do a little thinning and make sure you have good airflow in there. The girls are looking a little nitrogen starved but otherwise healthy. That is assuming they look pale green on your end...sometimes the pictures don't accurately show the colors.
I hope there is an afterlife...there are a lot of friends and family I'd like to see again, one day.
