Bug leaf , and other problems

This is my second grow in over 2 years, the plant on the left is 5 weeks old it's northern light, the one in the middle is blue berry, 2 1/2 weeks old,the one on the right is 7 weeks old, it's northern light I had a stink bug problem, they had the munses and they alot, so is it ok to get rid of the leaves they ate on, I have been doing LST on the 2 big ones , until the blue berry catches up in height,

I notice alot of growers on this site have alot better setups than I do , but myself I like to keep it simple, yes my ashes drop in it while I was doing LST. But thanks for answering my question. The reason I ask is on another site it saids go ahead and cut them off. I am a person that likes to get different opinions.

Hey man everyone starts low and works up. Normally if there are no issues and it's growing healthy sure take it off but if it's still green leave it. Careful with cigs and handling plants they give off a virus called TMV it will look like a variegated house plant white and green on the leaves. Good luck with the grow

FYI Northern Lights strain loves Nitrogen and plenty of Light. Keep those bulbs 4 inches away from them (as long as the bulbs don't get hot) but have them on 24/7 until you want them to bloom (unless they are Autoflower) then reduce light to 12/12
I hope there is an afterlife...there are a lot of friends and family I'd like to see again, one day.
