I'm in the middle of the veg stage and plants seem to be doing well after a slow start. I'm using CFL's and have them on 24 / 7. When they start to flower, do I need to change my lighting schedule for the autos?

No keep the light on 24/0 give them as much as possible especially when you are using CFLJust because people are over 50 doesn’t mean they know everything.
You can teach a old dog new tricks - But it will still think the old ways are the “best” lol -
