    New Aero Hydroponics system design

I'm working on designing a new system which will contain 12 five gallon buckets per system, unless I can find a bigger storage tank. The one thing I'm not sure of is what to use to keep the water at a proper temperature to prevent root rot. The return will have a skimmer, similar to pool systems which will collect debris that could cause issues later on. Each bucket will have a float switch where once the water hits a specific height, will drain the 5 gallon bucket. Do you use heat mats to keep the water around 60 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit or is there other items to warm the water? Inside the bucket, this is another thing I'm trying to decide, which is weather to use sprayers to keep the roots wet or fogger nozzles or both? I'm using a high powered pump to send water to the 12 buckets, and besides each one equipped with a floater switch to prevent overfilling, there will also be a relay that kicks in and turns off the solenoid supplying the water to the bucket, and wont trigger back on till all 12 buckets have been triggered. Then they all start over again. I was originally just going to use a bubbler system, then decided the tank method would be much better and less work than trying to control over 36 to 48 buckets separately. Trying to get that many buckets separately adjusted to proper PH and nutrient's would take a lot of time where as having one big tank would be much simpler. Here is a tally again on what I'm unsure of and feedback is extremely welcome, especially since I had to relearn the hard way that raising weed is totally different from raising other plants. The info I'm looking for is this : In keeping the roots hydrated, do I use stream heads, fog heads, or both? What would be good to keep the water heated to proper temperature? In keeping the roots wet, is it ok to completely empty the bucket of all water or leave about an inch or two for 20 minute intervals? My system that I have designed would spray/fog the roots till the bucket reached a certain height where as it would then shut off and stay off till all other buckets clicked off as well and I do have an option to shut one out should I have to remove one without it interfering with the others.

Would have to see a schematic. I do irrigation/ water feature work, this isn't much different. I think one continuous line would be easier and more efficient than 12 buckets, KISS rules applied.

      Fish tank heater works great
