His administration speaks up about the firings. What this action does is makes it an issue that needs immediate addressing. It’s going to force the issue to be resolved either in Legislation or the federal courts.

I am not sure now what to think. Apparently some people were fired for cannabis use; perhaps it was discovered that they didn't meet the required standard of low cannabis use.

However, that doesn't mean Biden isn't legalization-friendly; but they do have drug policies that they follow. This article refers to the fact that various people do perceive a clash between more traditional standards and practices, and the desire to include younger people who come, for example, from cannabis-legal states.

I conclude that this article is pushing a more progressive agenda with regard to folks who use it, although you can tell that there's still shit tons of misconceptions about what cannabis does to people...
