I'm with Farmbuck , seed pods & maybe a foxtail at the top? Harvest time if she were mine.
My goal is epicurean quality rather than high yield.
I'm learning how to create cannabis tinctures and hashish and I almost always use a vaporizer to spare my aging lungs.
Despite my avatar name I'm generally amenable and helpful. So, if there's a question I'm qualified to answer, hit me up!

I've been using GH nutes, and haven't flushed yet, should I forgo the flush and just harvest? And I'm growing in coco and perlite.

What would cause seeds? I haven't had any light leaks and it's an autoflower.

I would think if it's not a seeded plant then lots of ways to foxtail. Did you see a seed did you pluck it and squeeze? Some are prone to foxtail and for unknown reasons from what i've read?

Their wasn't a seed, it was a few layers of plant material.

Sativas are know for foxtails, nothing wrong with them just not as pretty in some folks eyes.
To answer your question, pollen causes seeds.
