    Brown spots?

This is my first grow and I am unsure of these brown spots. They just appeared overnight and are so far isolated to this small area. I know I had overfed this plant but otherwise seems quite healthy.

I had something similar I put it down to a calcium def so have been adding cal mag and so far not seen it on new growth. Someone may come along with a more definitive answer

More info would be helpful, but it looks like a calcium deficiency.
There are 3 things you must check everyday when growing in hydro:
      1) Water level (How much h2o is she drinking in 24hrs)
      2) pH level (change over 24hrs)
      3) ppm/EC level (How much food is she eating in 24hrs)

Is it just those spots on the two leaves? Kinda resembles what happens if you spill a few drops of nutrient water on the leaves.

When one has a deficiency, any deficiency, the first thing to check is PH.
          Whats the PH?

agreed, and check for bugs on the underside of the leaf with a scope.
