I think you need to let them dry out. These seedlings need very little water. The roots need oxygen as much as they need water. After the soil dries out, it will take the plants a day or two to adjust and recover. Not just dry on top, not just drained, but actually drying out. As the plants get bigger and have a lot of leaves, they will use more water. You can plunge your finger down into the soil and feel how wet it is. Your finger shouldn't feel hardly any moisture before watering again.

You need to decide what kind of training you are going to do

do you reckon a good solution is to transplant into a bigger pot with proper soil?

A little update: 2 plants are doing fine, one seedling getting more yellow leaves and more brown spot. Didn't water for like 4 days, soils was super dry, I did water today with bottled water.

I prepared medium to transplant in a couple of days, https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6D...ew?usp=sharing its perlite, vermiculite and soil.

the sick plant four days ago https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6D...ew?usp=sharing
          Today https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6D...ew?usp=sharing and https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6D...ew?usp=sharing

Looks much better. Unless there is something drying out your soil, like hot dry desert air, every 4 days watering is probably more than adequate at this point. At this stage the plants are just too small to use any volume of water. Cannabis plants love soil with air in it.
