ID:	472109 Hi all. in the spirit of community here is my latest plant, my 5th grow at week 6 of flowering. I have since harvested it and got 1.3oz dried and cured. The details: It is CBD Critical Mass grown in Fox Farms Happy Frog soil with no nutes except at the very end when I gave it some bloom nutes (Dyna Gro Bloom) which had no effect whatsoever. I used R/O water because the water here in Saskatchewan is super hard and I think has caused problems in previous attempts. I grow only with CFL's because they were cheap and easy to get. For this plant I used about 250w from several bulbs. Might change soon to some other type of light depending on price.

I am happy with this level of growing because I do not need much weed. Even with this I give a lot away. I pruned a lot of the fan leaves, maybe too many. I am thinking that with a no added nutrients grow, cutting lots of fan leaves is a questionable idea. Near the end there were few leaves left for the plant to draw Nitrogen from and the yellowing started in the buds which I didn't want. I guess the soil was depleted by that point. There were other issues like low humidity which is a huge problem here especially in the winter. Even with a humidifier right under the plant RH was variable 16 to 45% . Thanks to everyone who posts their expertise and knowledge and Thanks to GWE and Sirius and Nebula who have created a great resource. Merry Christmas

Back at you hairyman if you find happiness with your grow it's all that matters. Amounts don't matter as long as you are pleased with the turnout. Sounds like you are. I like growing to share and trade it's my " green currency " no bitcoin for me

Thanks for the comment. I would like a bit bigger yield just because it's a problem I want to solve but I wonder if the added expense is worth it. All the best.

If your just growing for fun not needing the smoke that much i sure like growing outdoors. Bigger yield with just 1 photo plant done right can reach over a lb.

I would like to try outdoors but I tend to leave for awhile each summer and I have no-one I trust who wants to water and watch over plants. 1lb per plant. Wow1 If I could get to 2oz I would be ecstatic.

Nice grow. What is the yellow disk at the bottom of the plant, bug sticky pad?
Don't worry, be happy, grow sticky buds.

Thank You. Yes. That is a sticky pad. It doesn't seem to work for thrips though. The flying ones, the adults, mostly ignored it.

Thank You for the appreciation. Each grow I add or change something, trying not to spend a ton of money. I would like to grow really healthy, productive plants eventually. I am getting better but long ways to go.

Thanks for the compliment. I will continue. I am sort of hooked now. (with growing not "addicted to weed")

Thank You. She was a bit yellow but the buds were sticky and stinky.
